Application of tungsten crucible
Tungsten crucibles are one of the products of tungsten, which are mainly divided into sintering, stamping, spinning, turning and welding of tungsten rods. They are made of pure tungsten plates, sheets and pure tungsten rods through corresponding processes. Tungsten crucibles can be used in vacuum inert gas below 2600 degrees.
Tungsten crucibles are mainly made of tungsten powder raw materials.
As an important component of rare earth smelting, the performance and life of tungsten crucibles are very important. Compared with other types of crucibles, tungsten crucibles have the characteristics of less pollution to smelted metals and long service life. Therefore, they are widely used in the rare earth industry. Tungsten crucibles are an important achievement in the development and application of tungsten deep processing products.
Tungsten has high melting point and boiling point, good high temperature strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, good hardenability, and is widely used in rare earth smelting, quartz glass, electronic spraying, crystal growth and other industries.
