Generally speaking, the tolerances of metal products are smaller than those of ceramic products because metal products are easier to process, while ceramic products can be processed less after forming. But we can also provide high-precision ceramic substrates.

Surface

We provide products with various surfaces

The surface of ceramic products is generally polished, but the degree of grinding is slightly different. It can be adjusted according to demand.

The surface of metal materials has chemical cleaning, sandblasting, lathing, polishing, etc. The mechanically treated surface has a higher tolerance and finish. Chemical treatment knowledge is to remove surface oil and graphite. The surface treatment method of metal materials is related to the size of the product. Some products, such as tungsten sheets that are too thin, cannot be polished. Therefore, we will provide appropriate surface treatment based on the characteristics of the product and the needs of customers.

Lead time

Our delivery time is fast for highly customized products

Since we provide highly customized products, our product cycle is longer than that of stockists. However, a delivery time of about 4-5 weeks is relatively fast for customized products. It is also possible that the product you need has been made not long ago or is a semi-finished product. In this case, our delivery time will be faster.

The delivery time of ceramic products is longer than that of metal products because ceramic products often require customized molds for production. At present, the products with the shortest delivery time are porous metals and some nickel-titanium alloys.

Quantity

The minimum order quantity is 1 piece, others can be adjusted according to customer needs

We offer highly customized products with a minimum order quantity of 1 piece. However, if the product size is too small, we still need to run the annealing furnace several times, and the cost of 1 piece will be very high. Therefore, sometimes, there will be different minimum order quantities for different sizes and different materials. Our goal is to provide customers with the right quantity and cost.
