Applications of high purity tungsten powder
High purity tungsten powder is used in precision electronics industry, medical equipment, solar energy industry and semiconductor fields. It is used to produce high purity tungsten target and high purity tungsten composites sputtering target, and other precision technology and materials.
Ultra high purity tungsten powder is produced by advanced purification process with special equipment in cleanroom. Mainly used in the electronic, semiconductor, medical equipments , thin film cell and other fields, and is often used to make high purity tungsten and tungsten alloy sputtering target.
Grades of high tungsten powder
According to the chemical composition and different usage requirements, we use different production processes to produce customized high-purity tungsten products. Based on this, high purity tungsten powder is divided into "Basic 99.99% pure (A)", "Advanced 99.995% pure (2A)”, "Advanced 99.999% pure (3A), and "Premium 99.9995% pure (4A)" grades.
We supply high purity tungsten powder with physical performance requirements per request. Bulk density, average fisher particle size (our range: 1.5~8μm), particle size distribution range, electron microscopy photos are provided for each batch of high-purity tungsten powder.

Packing of high purity tungsten powder
Double-layer polyethylene bags filled argon vacuum sealed vacuum packaging, net weight 5kg. The outer packing is the metal barrel or the plastic box with G.W. 25kg.
