Tungsten Nickel Iron Alloy (W-Ni-Fe)
We offer forged tungsten alloy, rolled tungsten alloy, and die-forged tungsten alloy, without further processing, we call them semi-finished tungsten alloy. The materials can cover all tungsten-high alloys, mainly tungsten-nickel-iron alloys and tungsten-nickel-copper alloys.
Rolled tungsten alloys include sheets, plates, and foils with thicknesses ranging from 0.05mm to 6.0mm. They are mainly used as shielding components in the medical and electronic industries.
Wrought tungsten alloys include ingots, rods, rods, blocks, and plates. Forged parts are often large and can weigh thousands of pounds per unit.
Properties of tungsten nickel iron alloy (W-Ni-Fe Alloy):
- High density (17-18.5g/cm3)
- High melting point
- Wear resistance
- High tensile strength
- Good elongation capacity
- Low vapor pressure
- Excellent thermal stability and
- High radiation absorption capacity
- Slightly Magnetic
Due to these advantages, they are widely used in various fields, including sports, industry, and medicine, etc. The most common high density tungsten alloys are W-Ni-Fe Alloy and W-Ni-Cu Alloy.
Edgetech Industries LLC provides different kinds of tungsten heavy alloy products; we also manufacture them according to clients’ specifications.
