Complex & Custom Alumina Ceramic
Alumina ceramic is the most common technical material and relatively traditional ceramic. High-purity alumina has excellent performance in electrical insulation, high chemical resistance, and low thermal expansion. Alumina ceramics are used to make parts for CVD, ion implants, photolithography, and semiconductors. Edgetech processes Alumina Ceramic Complex & Custom parts according to your drawings with a polishing roughness of Ra0.1-0.3um.

Advantages of Alumina Ceramic Parts
-High hardness, Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel
-Excellent wear resistance, measured by professional research institutions, its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. According to our customer maintenance survey over the past decade, under the same working conditions, it can extend the service life of the equipment by at least ten times
-Lightweight, its density is 3.9g/cm³, only half of that of steel, which can directly reduce the load on the equipment
Packing of alumina ceramics
As a ceramic material, Alumina Parts are quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our Alumina Ceramic Complex & Custom parts are carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used, and vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
