Alumina ceramics, under the same molding process, the higher the purity, the better the performance, but the more expensive it is. At present, mechanical structural parts mainly use 99% pure alumina ceramics. 95% pure alumina ceramics are mainly used to make electrical ceramic insulation parts with low requirements. The purity of alumina substrates used in electronics is generally around 96%. Edgetech offers Alumina plates in various sizes.

Packing of Alumina Ceramic Plates
As a ceramic material, the Alumina Plate is quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our Alumina Ceramics are carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used, and vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
