Alumina Crucible
Alumina crucibles have good chemical corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance. They can be used for a long time at 1650℃ or for a short time at 1800℃. They are often used in high-temperature environments. The shapes are mainly cylindrical, conical, arc-shaped, sagger-shaped, etc. The product purity is high, up to 99%. Alumina ceramic crucibles are cost-effective and have become an indispensable tool in laboratory environments.

Application of Alumina Crucibles
Alumina crucibles are widely used. They can be used for various laboratory metal and non-metal sample analyses and melting materials. They can also be used for firing colorants, colorants, frits, pigments, luminescent materials, etc. in shuttle kilns and push-plate kilns, and for adjusting formulas in small experimental kilns and experimental electric furnaces; smelting metals, precious metals, optical glass, and for the analysis and firing of rare earth and other mineral raw materials, and the firing of high-temperature products such as ceramic powders.
Packing of Alumina Ceramics
As a ceramic material, Alumina Crucible is quite fragile in a lot of cases. Our Alumina Ceramics are carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation. Suitable outer boxes and inner cushioning materials are used, and vacuum packing is also engaged for some of the parts.
