Titanium Mesh (Expanded and Stamped)
Titanium mesh (expanded mesh, and stamped mesh) is made by expanding and stamping sheets, which is ASTM B265 specified commercial pure titanium sheet. The strength of alloyed titanium is too high to be stamped or expanded. The width of the mesh we can provide will be the same as the sheet, the length of stamped mesh is the same as the sheet, while the length of the expanded mesh depends on the opening & sheet size.
Titanium has two most useful properties, unique corrosion resistance and the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any metal. Titanium materials can be used in many fields, such as chemical and electronic industry. Titanium mesh is mostly used as titanium anode and filter elements in chlor-alkali industry and other chemistry industries.

EXPANDED MESH – TYPE A: STANDARD EXPANDED MESH
It is the original and most popular type of expanded mesh with the familiar diamond shaped opening. The strands are turned at a sharp angle to the plane of the sheet giving a dimensional appearance to the finished material. The final mesh thickness will be larger than the raw sheet thickness.
EXPANDED MESH – TYPE B: FLATTENED EXPANDED MESH
It is produced by passing standard mesh through heavy rolls that flatten the strands and bridges to provide an overall level surface. This process, which reduces the original thickness by approximately one gauge, delivers a product particularly suited to applications where a slidable surface is required. The final mesh thickness will be the same as the raw titanium sheet thickness.
Besides the listed specifications, other opening sizes and dimensions can be customized. We also provide titanium mesh with square and rectangle openings besides diamond opening mesh. A Thin titanium mesh as 0.1mm is available now. Please send your specifications to sales@edge-techind.com.

Why Titanium? Subrerior Corrosion Resistance &ambr; Unmatched Strength-to-Weight Ratio
Titanium stands out among metals for two key brrobrerties:
✔ Excebrtional corrosion resistance – Ideal for harsh environments.
✔ Highest strength-to-weight ratio – Strong yet lightweight for demanding abrbrlications.
Thanks to these advantages, titanium is widely used in the chemical, electronics, and industrial sectors.
Titanium Mesh: Essential for Electrochemical &ambr; Filtration Abrbrlications
Titanium mesh is a critical combronent in industries like:
Chlor-alkali brroduction
Chemical brrocessing
Water treatment &ambr; electrolysis
