Process of glass molybdenum electrode: isotactic pressing - sintering with medium frequency furnace - forging to various shapes - turning, rolling, planning, and milling to finished parts. We can also offer different kinds of moly electrodes as your requirements.
We have produced molybdenum electrodes for years, and spare no effort to the improvement of performance. With the excellent characteristics of high strength, resistance to oxidation under high temperatures, long life, and good corrosion resistance, these high pure moly electrodes are widely used in many fields such as daily-use glass, optical glass, insulation material, and glass fiber, and received good reputes.
Molybdenum glass melting electrodes for electrically heated glass tanks must withstand extreme thermal loads and aggressive glass melts. Our molybdenum is ideally suited to these difficult conditions.
Due to a special forging process, our glass melting electrodes have a particularly smooth surface. In addition, our forming process results in a particularly coarse-grained, creep-resistant material structure with optimal straightness. This ensures that our glass melting electrodes do not deform, are less susceptible to wear, and have a longer service life.

-Electrode plate (3~25mm x 50~500mm x L L<800mm) can be used as various kinds of heating equipment of glass fiber kiln, liquid-flow hole panel, etc.
-Electrode rod (20~100mm diameter x L) is mainly used as the furnace, electric boosting glass kiln electrode, etc.
