Material Specifications:
Medical-grade NiTi wire complies with ASTM F2063, containing a near-equivalent atomic ratio of nickel (54.5–57 wt%) and titanium, ensuring biocompatibility for surgical implants.
For non-medical applications, we supply custom NiTi alloys with varying compositions and phase transition temperatures to meet specific performance needs.
Available Wire Options:
Standard range: Af (austenite finish) temperatures spanning -10°C to 110°C, with diameters as fine as 0.1mm.
Ultra-thin/flat wire: Available upon request, though with a more limited Af range due to processing constraints.
Our expertise ensures reliable, application-optimized Nitinol wire—whether for medical devices, industrial components, or consumer products.
