Titanium Pipe
Titanium pipes are available in both welded and seamless forms, conforming to major international standards such as DIN, JISC, AMS, GB and ASTM (B338, B861, B862).
Seamless titanium tubes are available in lengths up to 18 meters and diameters ranging from 0.4 mm to 340 mm.
Titanium round tubes and pipes can be used in a variety of industries, including industrial piping, titanium heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, consumer products and medical applications such as implants.
The choice between titanium seamless tubes and titanium welded tubes depends on the application and the required size. Seamless tubes generally have higher strength and pressure capabilities, while welded tubes offer more options in size and form. If you understand your requirements or need guidance, contact a member of our team today.

Seamless tubes are produced using a variety of equipment to suit the material requirements. Titanium seamless tubes are manufactured by either rotary piercing or extrusion.
Rotary piercing
In titanium tube extrusion rotary piercing, the process involves pushing the blank through two convex tapered rollers that rotate in the same direction. These rollers compress the material while a tapered mandrel within the central void pushes the titanium outward. The material is then pressed against a backing tapered roller. The tube is cooled and subsequently hot and cold worked to achieve the desired diameter and specifications.
Extrusion
Extrusion is a process used to create objects with a fixed cross-sectional profile. The material is pushed or pulled through a die with the desired shape. Two of the main advantages of this process over other processes include the ability to create highly complex cross-sections and reduced brittleness of the material as they experience only compression and shear stresses. Pins or mandrels can be used to compress the inner cavity.

Welded tube production
Welding is the core method of our titanium tube manufacturing process. Our premium tubes start with flat strips of metal. These strips are processed through a series of rollers to form the tube, and then the seams (also known as joints) are welded together.
