Our continuous length nitinol foil is available in fully annealed or super-elastic conditions, which work well in stamping, forming, and other secondary operations. Our foil is manufactured to meet rigorous alloy composition, mechanical, and dimensional specifications. Special process will be need for nitinol foil with <0.08mm thick.

An elastic (reversible) responses to an applied temperature, caused by a phase transformation between the austenitic and martensitic phases of a crystal.
