Molybdenum Spinning Nozzle
Edgetech Industries provides molybdenum spinning nozzles per drawings. Molybdenum and tungsten parts are temperature-resistant, making them ideal for high-temperature applications.
Glass wool and glass fiber are manufactured at temperatures of over 1600 °C (2912 °F). During the production process, the liquid melt passes through outflow spinning nozzles made of molybdenum or tungsten. The melt is then either blown or spun to create the finished product.
The molten stream must be precisely dosed and perfectly centered if a high-quality finished product is to be achieved. We make this possible with our temperature-resistant Molybdenum Spinning Nozzle and Tungsten Spinning Nozzles.

TZM Alloy Hot Runner Nozzle
Titanium zirconium molybdenum (TZM) hot runner nozzle with high-temperature resistance, high strength, good corrosion resistance, and other excellent properties are widely used in all kinds of hot runner nozzle production. TZM nozzle is an important part of the hot runner system. According to the nozzle in the form shape, it can be divided into two main types, open gate and valve gate. Open type nozzle is made of the main body, heating coil, tips, stainless steel tubes, thermocouples. The valve type nozzle is made of an air cylinder, cylinder cover, lower cover, piston, main gate, valve needle.
