Nitinol Sheet

Edgetech Industries LLC specializes in high-quality nitinol sheets (nickel-titanium alloy sheets), including shape memory alloy (SMA) sheets and superelastic alloy sheets, with customizable Af points to meet specific application needs.
Superelastic (non-memory) form – Ideal for applications requiring flexibility and resilience.
Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) form – Designed to "remember" and return to a pre-set shape upon heating.

Related Glossary
Shape Memory Effect
"Shape Memory" describes the restoration of the original shape of a plastically deformed sample upon heating.
Superelastic Effect
An elastic (reversible) responses to an applied temperature, caused by a phase transformation between the austenitic and martensitic phases of a crystal.
Ms- Initial temperature for an austenite to martensite transition
Mf- Final temperature for an austenite to martensite transition
As- Initial temperature for a martensite to austenite transition
Af- Final temperature for a martensite to austenite transition

Customization Options:
We tailor our nitinol sheets to your exact requirements, adjusting:
✔ Alloy composition
✔ Heat treatment conditions
✔ Surface finishes
✔ Loading plateaus
✔ Tensile strength

Fabrication & Design Flexibility:
Nitinol sheets are perfect for:
Laser cutting
EDM (electro-discharge machining)
Photo-etching
This allows for the creation of intricate, small-scale structures or large, complex designs that aren’t feasible with wire or tubing.

Why Choose Nitinol Sheets?
Rapid prototyping – Nest multiple small components within a single sheet for efficient production.
Greater design freedom – A flat substrate enables unique geometries and large-scale structures.

Whether for medical devices, aerospace, or industrial applications, Edgetech Industries delivers precision-engineered nitinol solutions.

Packing information for our titanium nickle alloy sheet

Our Nitinol sheets are mostly packed in wooden crates, this can protect the nitinol sheet during transportation and handling. We can provide vacuum pack for some high precision nitinol parts.
